Just Speak up
If you, or someone close to you, has had an experience with antenatal or postnatal depression, anxiety or other mental health problem during pregnancy or the first year following birth we'd like to hear about it. Many women can feel alone when experiencing depression, anxiety or other mental health problem during pregnancy or in the year following birth. It's important to speak up - the sooner you get help, the sooner you're on the road to recovery. By talking openly you can help reduce the stigma and may give others the confidence they need to talk about it too. If you choose to share your story, you will be inspiring other women to speak up and get the help they need.
